Velvet Spring

   A beautiful fairy sits on a dewy rose during a bright spring morning.

This was one of the very first fairies Melissa ever painted, though she's re-worked the piece several times since. Velvet Spring was painted in Photoshop and Painter in 2006 & 2007, and the reference model is the lovely Elandria.
